CAMERAS/VIDEO
1. No video equipment is allowed in the auditorium.
2. No professional photography is allowed.
3. No soliciting of photo, or video services is allowed on the premises.
4. No camera bags, or equipment are allowed in the auditorium.
5. Spectators who have purchased a ticket are allowed access to the event with one (1) camera only

CHECK-INS & WEIGH-INS
All athletes must weigh-in and/or check-in at the host hotel, the Radisson Hotel, Friday, March 30th, 2012 between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Bodybuilders must weigh-in wearing only their posing suit. All Bikini competitors must wear their contest suit bottom for approval at check-in; late entries will be accepted with a late payment fee at check-ins and weigh-ins (payments will be accepted in cash, credit card or certified check only). NPC cards can be purchased for $100.00 at check-ins and weigh-ins with cash or check only.
ELIGIBILITY
This competition is open to all NPC registered athletes that reside in the Florida NPC Central District who meet the following requirements:
1. Possess a current NPC card (unregistered athletes may purchase cards for $100.00, which is valid thru Dec. 31, 2012, at the check-ins/weigh-ins).
2. Novices who have not won any OVERALL TITLE (except Teenage).
3. Men’s Masters, men who have reached 40, 50 and 60 years of age by date of show.
4. Masters Figure - women who have reached 35, 45 and 50 years of age by date of show.
5. Masters Bikini - women who have reached 35 years of age by the date of show. (All competitors must be 18 years or older on the day of the contest. Masters must show proof of age, i.e., driver’s license, birth certificate).
6. No crossovers between figure division and bikini division are allowed. Crossovers are allowed within each division/category.
7. TEEN MEN’S BODYBUILDING/PHYSIQUE competitors are eligible to compete if they are between the ages of 16 and 19 and must not have reached their 20th birthday on or before day of contest. Teens can cross over into open Men’s Bodybuilding/Physique divisions only if they are 18-19 years old. No exceptions.
NOTE: Contestants may enter more than one division/category. One crossover is permitted provided an additional $60 entry fee is paid. Crossovers are only permitted between open and masters/novice/teen. Crossovers are not allowed between women’s bodybuilding, figure, bikini, or women’s physique. Crossovers are not allowed between men’s bodybuilding and men’s physique. Athletes may change divisions at the check-ins/weigh-ins, but changes must be made before the prejudging starts. Please be on time! All Bodybuilding competitors will perform 60 second posing routine at the evening finals.
ATHLETE MEETING
There will be a mandatory meeting for all competitors at 9:00 AM on Saturday, March 31st, 2012. Athletes not attending this meeting will not be allowed to compete. Prejudging will begin promptly at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 31st, 2012.
AWARDS
Trophies will be awarded to the top 5 in all open classes as well as Men’s Bodybuilding Novice; all other Division/Classes will receive trophies for the top 3. Goodie bags and t-shirts will be given to every competitor at the check-in/weigh-in.
MUSIC
CD ONLY (no cassettes or iPods). Each CD must contain only one song (music mixing allowed) and must bear the contestant’s name. NO PROFANITY ALLOWED. Music should be turned in at the Athlete Meeting on Saturday, March 31, 2012. Music should be cued and ready to play. Be sure and have a back-up recording. Each contestant is responsible for picking up his/her music at the Evening Show. Jax Physique, Dexter Jackson, John Mier/Premier Physiques will not accept liability for music left behind. Music is only required for Bodybuilders and Fitness competitors.
POSING LIMIT
Everyone will perform at the evening finals. Bodybuilders are limited to 90* second posing routine at evening finals. *(However, that may be subject to change to 60 seconds).
ENTRY FEES
Entry fees are non-refundable. Entry fee is payable by money order only and made payable to Dexter Jackson. The deadline for entry fees is Friday, March 16th, 2012. Entry Fees postmarked after March 16th, 2012 will be subjected to an additional $25 Late Fee, no exceptions. Entries will not be accepted the day of the show. Late Entry/Fees will be accepted at the mandatory check-in on Friday, March 30th 2012. Crossovers are only permitted between open and masters/novice/teen. Crossovers are not allowed between women’s bodybuilding, figure, bikini, or women’s physique. Crossovers are not allowed between men’s bodybuilding and men’s physique.
TANNING
The Hot Spot of Sarasota is the official 2012 Jax Physique athlete tan provider. On site/backstage tanning will be available through The Hot Spot of Sarasota. 2. Scan and email to jaxphysique@aol.com or fax to (904) 646-1646.
3. Click the Buy Now button to pay your entry fee with credit card or your PayPal account. Be sure to select the correct fee option!
4. You must scan or fax your 2012 Jax Physique entry form at the same time that you pay online for it to be processed. You will then receive a confirmation email when both are received and payment is confirmed through PayPal.
